abstract = {With the increasingly extensive application of erectile dysfunction (ED) drugs,it is of importance for an ophthalmologist to understand the association between ED drugs and human eyes. In this study,we retrospectively studied the effects of ED drugs on human eyes,including visual symptoms, ophthalmological electrophysiology,ocular blood flow,intraocular pressure,visual field, retina, cerebral hemodynamics and nervous system and retinal blood vessels, particularly focusing on the relationship between these agents and nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION), in order to highlight the ocular adverse effects induced by these agents thus contributing to preventive measures.},
